Do I have to return the ONT & router if I cancel service?

Yes. Equipment should be returned to the closest Arkansas Valley Electric Cooperative office. All equipment must be returned within 7 days of the disconnect date. Unreturned equipment or damage may result in fees of up to $250 per unreturned item.
